Santa hat brownies 🎅

Tis the season to be jolly! So i have made these cute little strawberry santa brownies ready to be eaten on christmas day (which is tomorrow!)

Ingredients:
275g (10oz)  margarine, softened
375g (13oz) caster sugar
4 eggs
75g (3oz) cocoa powder
100g (4oz) self-raising flour

You will also need weighing scales, a mixing bowl, a baking tray, a cake spatular or wooden spoon and cake cases.
I halfed my ingrediants as i only made small brownies.

Instructions
1. Set out the cake cases in the baking tray and set the oven to 180°c/350°f/gas mark 4. Measure out the flour marge sugar and eggsuntill evenly blended.

2. Next mix in the self-raising flour and cocoa powder and mix untill smooth

3.spoon the mixture into the cases and cook for 20-30 mins. If making smaller brownies, cook for 10-15 mins. Once out the oven let them cool.
I had some left over mixture so made extra browniea!
Dont forget to wash up and lick the bowl!

4. To make the santa hats, make sure the brownies are 100% cool to prevent the topping from melting! You will need double cream and a hand whisk to make the white of the santa hat. Whisk the cream untill thick and pipe on using a piping bag

5. You will then need to chop up some fresh strawberries to create the red of santas hat. Cut off the tops to create triangular pyramids.
Then all thats left to do is place the strawberries ontop of the cream and place a smaller blob of cream on the tip to create the bobble!

Keep them in the fridge for extra freshness!

Merry Christmas Everyone! Enjoy!
